Shweta Pandit is an Indian playback singer in Bollywood.
At the age of five, Shweta Pandit worked with Ilayaraja for Anjali. She has sung in various films even as a child-singer including Pardes, Raju Chacha, Saaz and many more.
Belonging to the MEWATI GHARANA of music, Shweta is blessed to be the 4th generation of vocalists in her family of great music maestros. Having started in the world of playback singing from the tender age of 4 with Mani Ratnam’s south Indian super successful film ‘ANJALI’ with the title song dubbed in Hindi.
She got her first big leading break with YASH RAJ FILMS with Aditya Chopra’s ‘MOHABBATEIN’ with 5 songs at the age of 12.
